EMERGE is a mentoring program for high school freshman and sophomore women students. The program's goals are to help encourage a proactive stance on education, careers, and life skills. This is accomplished through pairing high school students with Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology junior and senior women mentors for the entire school year. The program emphasizes creating trusting relationships where mentees are able to have a safe and fun environment in which to learn, share, and grow.
