Opened in 2003 with the support of the Lilly Endowment, Inc., PRISM’s goal is to help Indiana middle school teachers of STEM take advantage of digital learning tools in meeting the state academic standards. Our mission is to assist Indiana teachers improve their pedagogy in a time-efficient way. To that end, PRISM provides a library of teaching resources and access to Moodle, a platform for delivering educational content through the Internet. PRISM fosters teacher professional development by helping instructors try out emerging digital tools that will transform their pedagogy without significantly increasing their workload.
