The Rose Building Undergraduate Diversity (ROSE-BUD) program is a scholarship program available to academically talented students majoring in electrical or computer engineering who demonstrate a financial need with special emphasis on women and minorities.

The goal of the ROSE-BUD program is to broaden the participation of academically talented students majoring in electrical and computer engineering. The program is part of National Science Foundation's efforts to encourage more students toward careers in science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM). Students may receive up to $10,000 per year to support academic scholarship.
