Rose-Hulman is hiring an Associate Director of Pre-College Outreach:
Responsibilities include:
Reports to the Dean of Admissions; responsible for identifying promising students with strengths in mathematics, science and problem solving; develops and maintains a communications plan with identified students and transitions them into the recruitment process; creates prospect development and recruiting program to enhance the current admission program; coordinates current programs and develops new programs; coordinates with the Rose-Hulman Mathematics competition, Explore Engineering, JETS, MathCounts, First Robotics, Project Lead The Way (PLTW), and the National Consortium for Specialized Schools of Mathematics, Science and Technology (NCSSSMST); will also have direct recruitment responsibilities for Institute pre-college summer programs.
Other duties may be assigned, such as scheduling group visits to campus for middle school/high school students; representing Rose-Hulman at high schools and college fair programs; and hosting prospective students and their families on campus visits.
